How do I turn it on/off?
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
How do I change heat levels?
Press once to cycle through heat levels (low–high).
Can I charge my phone with it?
Yes, if your model includes a power output function (with USB-A/USB-C output). Simply connect your phone via the charging port. Please note: heating will pause while charging to ensure safety and efficiency.

How long does charging take?
About 3–4 hours with USB-C fast charging.
Can I use it while charging?
No. For safety, heating pauses while charging.
Battery life decreasing, is it normal?
Yes, lithium batteries naturally degrade. Recharge every 2–3 months if unused.

Will it overheat?
No. Built-in smart temperature control prevents overheating.
How to clean it?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Do not wash or use solvents.
Storage tips?
Keep in a dry, cool place. Avoid moisture and fire.
📧 Returns & Warranty
Can I cancel or return my order?
If you would like to cancel or make a change (like switching a colour) to your order, please contact us via email hello@ocoopa-uk.co.uk as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify an order.
You can return any unwanted item(s) back to us by following the Returns Process here. Products must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging
What if I received the wrong item or missing item?
If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or are missing something from your order, please contact us direct at hello@ocoopa-uk.co.uk. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your web order number (starts with OCUK-), as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.
Does it come with warranty?
Yes. At Ocoopa, we stand behind the quality of our rechargeable hand warmers. In the UK, our hand warmers have a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
